Shellac - Excellent Italian Greyhound

This to me, so far, is the album of the year. Everything in it is perfect, the productions are amazing, the songs are fun, and the music is brilliantly written. Steve Albini is not only a genius producer, but he's also a genius musician.

NON - God And Beast

Uploaded for a friend.

NON is a very good industrial dark ambient noise martial etc band who's music is very cynical and misanthropic. Boyd Rice is quite the character, I must say, but he makes some damn good tunes.

The Meteors - Hymns For The Hellbound

For me, this album will be a serious contender for the highly overused phrase "album of the year". I don't know what albums will be released later this year, but anyone who listens to this should know it will be hard to beat.

The Meteors are psychobilly, in fact, they claim to be the only true psychobilly band. I don't know about that, but they are certainly the top of their genre. Psychobilly is the fusion of rockabilly and punk, with horror/exploitation/sleaze lyrics, and it is currently my favorite genre of music.

This album is really worth getting (I would not have uploaded it if it was not), and if you've never heard psychobilly, it should be a nice way to get into the genre.

Satan - Court In The Act

This is my favorite NWOBHM album by far, and here's why. The musicianship is amazing, and not only that, but the song writing is way above normal, every song on here is perfect. Interesting side-note, their guitarist taught Andy Sneap of Sabbat how to play guitar. Good shit.

Sleepytime Gorilla Museum - In Glorious Times

I uploaded this album for a wonderful Canadian I know, and decided to post it here as well. Sleepytime Gorilla Museum are a band that use a style long forgotten by modern music. Theatrical, and not in the shitty broadway sense, but in the sense where a bunch of artists, singers, puppet makers, painters, and other thespians are living together, then going on stage every night and singing and banging on things and creating wonderful magic. There are not many groups like that anymore, and to me, that's a shame. If you love experimental music, you're sure to love the band.

The KLF - Chill Out

A couple people wanted this, so I'll post it here.

Chill Out is a very strange album, it's very soothing psychedelic music that mainly uses samples to create the music, but it's very dream like, surreal, and overall very enjoyable. The perfect album to come down from a trip with.

Shellac

Shellac is a project of Steve Albini, the genius producer who mixed such albums as Pixies - Surfer Rosa, and he played in the landmark band Big Black, and Rapeman (who's members went on to form The Jesus Lizard). Shellac could be described as many things, but I'd call them technical post-punk with a bit of noise rock. Good stuff. These albums in the link are all my rips, so they're high quality. Enjoy!

Included:
Live At Action Park
Terraform
1000 Hurts
